Sprout Terms & Subscription Information

Service scope

Sprout helps you record personal finances, meals and water, study plans, and progress. Core offline records and custom AI configuration are available without the optional monthly AI subscription. You pay your custom provider separately. Feature availability depends on app version, device, region, and active service status.

Accrued salary and surplus are estimates, not bank balances, deposits, or investment advice. Nutrition, calorie estimates, goals, scores, and AI reports are general information and may be wrong or incomplete. They are not medical diagnoses, treatment, or personalized professional advice. Review recognized information before saving and seek qualified advice when necessary.

Optional monthly AI

Sprout AI is a one-month auto-renewable subscription, where offered. Its product identifier is com.riyoushu.DailyLedger.ai.monthly. The price and currency shown in Apple's purchase confirmation are authoritative and can vary by storefront and tax treatment. No free trial is promised unless Apple's purchase sheet explicitly offers one.

Apple charges your Apple Account upon confirmation and handles renewal. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, renewal may be charged within 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; current eligibility normally continues through the paid period unless refunded or revoked. Deleting the app does not cancel renewal.

Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Refund requests are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Family Sharing is not promised. A new device or region does not create a new subscription; use restoration rather than purchasing again if you already have valid eligibility.

For monthly AI, our server verifies Apple eligibility on every model request and forwards the selected image or report aggregates to the disclosed model provider. Operator keys remain on the server. Custom AI continues to connect directly from your phone. Review the displayed recipients and Privacy Policy before authorizing sharing. Eligibility checks do not trigger a new Apple payment.

Each subscription period includes 300 image recognitions and 20 reports. Allowances reset with the Apple subscription period and do not roll over. Failed model requests do not consume an allowance. Custom-provider usage is separate. The service is subject to network interruptions, provider availability, maintenance, and technical rate and size limits; it is not unlimited or guaranteed uninterrupted. Unvalidated regional services remain unavailable for purchase. Contact support if a paid feature is unavailable; do not share API keys or your complete journal.

Your content and use

Only submit images and information you are entitled to process. Avoid unnecessary personal information about others. Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, redistribute service credentials, or use it unlawfully. You retain rights to your records; using Sprout does not give us ownership of your journal.

Most records are stored on your device. Keep exports and separate report PDFs you need; we cannot recover a journal we do not hold. JSON import and developer-hosted journal synchronization are not currently provided. System backups and files shared elsewhere are governed by your settings and those recipients.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update features, supported providers, and these terms. Material changes will be disclosed as required, including new consent where data recipients change. Changes to subscriptions and prices are handled under Apple's applicable rules. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Chinese and English describe the same service; contact support if a translation is unclear.
